But the city of Royal Oak considers to be the first the city plan commision will discuss this on tuesday at a meeting since most resident feel more comfortable with the dispenseries being shops instead of being sold out of peoples home the michigan state law allows a care giver(weed grower)t o grow weed for up five registered patients, which means caregivers may legally possess 2.5 grams and 12 plants per patient for a total of 12.5 ounces and 60 plants.
